A few things worth knowing before your albums, photocards, and lightsticks arrive.

If the outer box gets dented

Album outer boxes can get dented or crushed in transit. Some sellers refuse exchanges over outer-box damage alone, and while boxcu packs everything with cushioning, international shipping can't rule this out completely. Recording an unboxing video before you open the package gives you evidence if something goes wrong.

Photocards can't be member-selected

Photocards inside albums are inserted randomly at the factory. Neither boxcu nor any other retailer or forwarder can open the package to swap in the member you want — this is a universal industry policy. If you need a specific member, please use a photocard trading community instead.

Lightsticks and other battery-powered items

Items with built-in batteries, like lightsticks, are restricted from standard mail (K-Packet, EMS) under international air transport rules (IATA). They can only ship via express carriers like DHL, and there may be a limit on how many can go in one box. Standalone spare batteries can't be shipped by air at all. Want it to arrive right on release day?

Pre-ordered albums ship from the manufacturer to the retailer only after release, so when it arrives at our warehouse depends on them, not us. Orders placed close to a release date may take a few extra days to reach our warehouse.
